Xbox Live Gold Free Standing
Getting this error over and over when trying to join my husband's Minecraft realm after a few week's hiatus. Suddenly it just doesn't work anymore. My account is totally enabled for online play, I've literally never changed my settings, and have had no problemsbefore.Specifically, 'Join multiplayer gamesDecide to allow or block joining Xbox Live multiplayer games on Xbox One.'
Is set to ALLOW.Fixing this is the only solution I can seem to find anywhere, so I'm at a complete loss. Cannot contact Microsoft support over the phone as I'm hearing impaired. And thanks to SMuroh as well, though my NAT settings are all kosher.This is bewildering. The same account used to login to Minecraft ob xbox works just fine on PC to access and play on the realm.

I've been trying to contact Xbox support which goes unanswered, so now trying here with this question:About three months ago, I stopped being able to download all of the months free games that come as part of Xbox Gold membership. There are 3 windows.

The largest (featured) game will download, but not the two smaller windowed games on the right side. Ican click and click, but they will not be added to my account.I am not sure why this has changed, but I only get 1 of the three free games each month or whatever time period it is.
